Don’t give them your money! At my consultation, the artist, Tory, agreed to do a design that I had brought to him, so I decided to book an appointment and pay the $100 deposit. When I got to the appointment, Tory wanted to make some major changes to the design, none of which were clarified at the consultation, and wouldn’t agree to do the design as originally intended. He was also unwilling to show me a stencil of his new design, which I have never had happen at other shops. I asked for a refund on my deposit since I felt like I got “bait and switched” for lack of a better term, but the shop declined. Definitely avoid this place and choose a different shop instead.

Typically does a great job but they charged me $10 to get my nose stud switched to a hoop when i brought in the hoop ring myself. I think that’s a bit ridiculous all they did was switch the jewelry and I already paid to have it pierced here originally.

Got 2 piercings done, and they were great! They were very clear about the process, made sure I liked the placement, and it wasn't super expensive like the shop at Avalon. Great experience and will be recommending them to all my friends.
